Asphalt workers prepare special asphalt mixtures that are designed according to the expected pressure and load, such as poured asphalt (Gussasphalt). Depending on the place of use, these mixtures are applied for insulation, protective and covering layers, or for flooring in halls and workshops.
For this purpose, they apply asphalt on pre-processed surfaces and, if necessary, carry out drainage, insulation, thermal insulation, and soundproofing work as well. Maintaining and repairing the tools, equipment, and machinery used is also part of their responsibilities.
